Hi! Houses - Law Uk, a collaboration with artist Fiona Wong and several fellow ceramic artists and practitioners in making a contemporary art installation in Law Uk. Law Uk is a Hakka village house dating back more than 200 years ago, the only remaining example of a village house from the old villages in Chai Wan.  The ceramic installation in the kitchen of Law Uk is inspired by the traditional Hakka dish "salt baked chicken (客家古法鹽焗雞)", applying quasi cooking processes and materials in making the ceramic pieces.
